Cooking Process - Doughs for Frying
  • Set the oven to appropriate temperature and take out the frozen doughs from the package.
  • Slowly put the doughs into the fryer without thawing them.
  • Stir slowly so that the doughs don’t stick to each other.
  • Take out the doughs and let them cool down.
Cooking Process - Doughs for Baking
  • Thaw the frozen doughs on a tray for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Spray some water on the doughs using a sprayer.
  • Set the oven and slowly start baking.
  • Take out the doughs and let them cool down on a tray or inside the freezer.
