Thawing time is different depending on the products.

However, the thawing step is essential to prevent product deformation and bursting, and to enhance completeness.

In the case of general thawing time, it takes about 30 to 50 minutes at room temperature and defrosts until the surface of the frozen dough is slightly melted rather than completely thawing.
