Haessal Maru’s Soft Rice Flour is a gluten-free soft rice flour made using the traditional rice flour manufacturing method for washing, soaking, grinding and dehydration. This flour is perfect for making confections as well as softer baked goods like cake layers, roll cakes, chiffon cakes and castella and steamed castella cakes. It’s made of 100% rice and it has a similar processing suitability as wheat flours because of its uniform particles.
