This is a premix barley flour for making breads. Brown rice flour has been added to the strong glutininous rice flour base. The premix offers that rich grain flavor without any unpleasant smell of brown rice. It’s great for baking confections and all sorts of breads and pastries. The rice flour base also produces a great moist texture.
