Korea’s First Rice Flour Brand
This is a 100% solid-state fermented rice flour produced by fermenting Monascus sp. (10%) in Korea rice for 3 to 4 weeks. It does not contain any artificial color and it is a dehydrated flour with a natural red color. It does not have any smell and it does not affect the flavor of breads. Also, the natural color doesn’t change even after the baking process so it can be used instead of an artificial color additive when making healthy breads.
